I am passionate about printed matter, multiples and artist’s books, and here you can see a selection of work that I have made, often in collaboration with others.

The Museum of Loss and Renewal Publishing is a vehicle for the production of artist’s publications, books and limited editions.

Tracy Mackenna works with PUBLICAR’s Fernanda Aránguiz M. to offer practitioners and researchers creative and practical advice about potential publishing projects, to design publications and to provide access to a network of relevant international professionals and organisations.

Funding for the production of a publication is sourced by practitioners and researchers, and covers the costs of design and editing. The Museum of Loss and Renewal Publishing supports promotion via e.g. an online launch event, advertising on social media and The Museum of Loss and Renewal website.

The Group Residency PUBLISHING AS AN ARTISTIC PRACTICE, devised by Tracy Mackenna, takes place in Collemacchia, Italy with invited international partners and contributors and brings together a wide range of creative practitioners to share expertise and to collaboratively explore what publishing within creative practices is and can be. The Group Residency is designed to stimulate new ways of thinking and experimentation through production, research, co-learning and presentation.
