What is the Orkney Group Residency programme?
The Group Residency programme is a supportive environment for creative practitioners and researchers to research, practice, and collaborate. Residents participate in workshops, individual work, and multidisciplinary projects.
The programme is based in the Orkney Islands of Scotland and another programme is held in the Molise region of Italy.

The programme is open to creative practitioners, curators and researchers of all disciplines and at all stages of their careers, from any country.

Where does it take place?
The residency programme will take place in Linkshouse which is situated on the St Magnus Way pilgrimage route on the Atlantic Ocean and amidst farmlands, and at sites of archaeological, historical and social importance in Orkney, accessible by foot and vehicle.

What facilities are available?
Twin and double (en-suite) bedrooms are available. One room is partly accessible. Single rooms are available based on access needs. Work spaces include ‘clean’ and ‘dirty’ spaces.
